Custom Cable Solutions, Inc. (CCSI) believes in customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, meeting or exceeding applicable requirements, and continuously improving the services we provide. The foundation of CCSI’s quality obsession is our ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D-based program that continuously drives significant technology investments and keeps pace with industry standards. In addition, CCSI’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility employs technicians certified to IPC-WHMA-620 and J-STD-001 standards to ensure optimum quality end products. Throughout the manufacturing process CCSI implements ISO-based quality checkpoints to monitor products at all stages of production. To supplement customer documents, CCSI quality staff creates a full set of descriptive assembly instructions outlining the processes each assembly goes through. All manufactured products are 100% inspected before leaving our facility for delivery.
Engineering Services
CCSI’s in-house engineering team provides design, build, and production technical support. This includes initial and in-process design support, along with development of production control systems. Reverse-engineering of existing products is also an available service with quick-turn prototyping. As a CCSI center of excellence includes box and panel builds, electro-mechanical support can be provided throughout the design and manufacturing process.
Our Certifications
CCSI’s quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. CCSI technicians are certified to IPC-WHMA-620 and J-STD-001 standards for soldering. CCSI is also ITAR Registered.
CCSI has been awarded a certificate of registration in compliance with AS9100D and the requirements for aviation, space and defense.
ITAR Registration
CCSI has received ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) registration from the US Department of State. This certifies CCSI’s adherence to regulations that control the export and import of defense-related articles and services on the United States Munitions List.
